The Cracked Tables series is directly inspired on the obtention of the visual effects generated by the cracking process on paint.
The almost organic expressiveness of textures and patterns achieved in this process, and the chromatic study that I conducted, suggests many ideas and concepts found in nature. The curved lines, present in each of the pieces, gives them a more intimate and personal character. In order to obtain those results, I used Nitro and Polyurethane varnish and also black patina.
