Jonay develops his art production in the fields of painting, printing techniques, ceramics and furniture and other signature pieces. 

Being a European Phd since 2011, Jonay combines his work as an artist with teaching. He is a professor at the San Carlos School of Fine Arts within the Universitat Politècnica de València.
